Children’s activities

Free colouring and games do not ask for a child’s name, email, date of birth, photograph, or school. Please don’t include children’s personal information in drawings or messages. There is no public chat or public gallery.

Creations on your device

When you choose Save my creation, the picture, title, and save date are stored in your browser using IndexedDB. Color Shop does not upload those saved drawings to an account. You can remove them in My creations or clear your browser’s site data. Downloading or printing uses your browser and device. The optional installable web app uses a service worker and browser cache to keep public assets, the free starter PDFs, and previously visited free pages available. It does not cache payment APIs or protected paid artwork. You can clear this data through your browser’s site settings.

Free grown-up registration

My First Colour Book is free without registration. To unlock Tiny Garden Detectives, a grown-up signs in and expressly registers with Color Shop. We store the signed-in account identifier, grown-up email, registration time and accepted terms version. We use these records to provide the gift, manage accounts and prepare private daily registration reports for the business owner. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not publish member lists or registration reports. Contact us to request account deletion.

Grown-up accounts and purchases

In this private Sites review, sign-in is provided by the hosting platform through Sign in with ChatGPT. On a direct Cloudflare deployment, adult sign-in can instead be provided by Cloudflare Access, with its signed account identifier used for purchases. For signed-in requests the platform supplies a site-specific account identifier and may supply an email or display name. We use the account identifier to associate purchases with the adult buyer. Access to this private preview is also controlled by the hosting platform.

When payments are enabled, Stripe processes checkout and payment details. Color Shop stores an order identifier, account identifier, collection identifier, payment-session identifier, amount, status, and timestamps to deliver purchases, prevent fraud, and manage customer support. Card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored by Color Shop.

Hosting, security, and essential data

The hosting and delivery providers process information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP addresses, request details, and authentication cookies. Order data uses the hosting platform’s database. We do not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Locally hosted fonts and artwork do not require a third-party font request.

Why information is used

Adult order details are used to perform purchases and provide downloads. Security information is used to protect the service. Records may also be needed for legal accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information or use children’s artwork for advertising.

Messages and retention

If you email us, your email provider and ours process the message. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to resolve the enquiry and related obligations. Device creations remain until you remove them or the browser clears them. Adult order records are retained while needed to provide purchased access and meet applicable accounting obligations. Contact us for a review of the records associated with your account.

Your choices and rights

You can ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information where applicable. Some order records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations. Contact friends@colorshop.co.uk. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Before live selling

The paid shop remains closed until payment configuration and the seller’s full business contact details are completed. This notice will be updated if the service’s data practices change.
